Green MOJO Smoothie

If you're like me, then there are some days where it seems like there isn't enough time in the day to get all of the nutrition your body needs. When it comes to smoothies I take the time to put in meaningful ingredients so that I feel recharged and ready to go. This green smoothie not only helps me feel good, but it also helps me with my natural complexion.

For the smoothie, I use some basic fruit/veggie options that available at most groceries.

  • Pineapple - Is full of vitamin C and antioxidants, which are extremely beneficial in the treatment and prevention of acne, fine lines, sun-damaged and uneven skin toning.

  • Green apple - Increases metabolism and is full of vitamin A+C.

  • Spinach - contains vitamins A, C, and K, which work together to help your skin to be radiant and heal from scars or sun damage.

  • Banana - Full of potassium and vitamin A.

  • Lemon - not only is it full of vitamin C but also full of soluble fiber!

Prep Time: 10 Mins

Cook Time: 5 mins

Servings: 2 Servings


  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup pinapple

  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 green apple

  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)

  • Amazing Grass Greens Powder (serving size)

  • Collagen Peptides (serving size)

  • MCT Oil (serving size)

  • 2 tbsp Freshly Minced Ginger

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

  • Coconut water - this depends on the size of your smoothie, but I typically like to fill it up about 3/4 of the way.


  1. Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. This recipe makes about 2 servings but you can add more or less based on the size you're going for!

  2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
